1. Is Pets R People 2 Insured?
Answer: Yes! We are fully insured and bonded for both YOU and our protection. To request a copy of our insurance certificate, please email us at
email@example.com and we will forward you a current certificate.
2. How many visits should I schedule?
Answer: This is a very common question from our new clients. At Pets R People 2, we do not dictate how many visits a pet may need and prefer to
discuss this topic directly with the client as every pet is different and each sit has different requirements.
3. What are my payment options?
Answer: We have multiple options available such as check, cash and PayPal.
4. Do you offer boarding services?
Answer: We do not provide boarding services. Our service is dedicated to providing quality pet care in the comfort of the pet's home.
5. How do I pay via PayPal?
Answer: Click on the Make a Payment link in our menu (located on every page). This will take you to the PayPal
page. Once there, click on the BUY NOW button and follow the PayPal instructions. Payments will be securely sent directly to Pets R People 2.
6. What does a pet visit consist of?
Answer: Each visit consists of 30 minutes or however long it takes to follow your pet's routine. During that time, we refresh water, feed, empty litter box, walk your pet (if requested) or take them out to a fenced area, and give them treats before we leave. If you are gone for extended time, we will collect your mail, take your garbage out/in and water your plants, if requested.
